Services

• Meet with you at your property to inspect and advise you as to its rental potential.
• Make recommendations regarding any changes that may improve the property marketability.
• Prepare home owner contract.
• Photograph your property for use in the Internet web page, marketing and promotion.
• Take care of all mail, telephone, INTERNET and walk-in inquiries.
• Prepare the Lease with the renter on behalf of the home owner.
• Negotiate and execute the lease.
• Collection of Appropriate deposits and full payment of rental (excluding annual rentals) prior to occupancy.
• Register renters with applicable property management companies as required.
• Provide keys to renters in a secure manner.
• Assist renters and home owners with utilities, upgrades to TV subscriptions, cleaning and reconciliation of security deposits.
• For annual rentals, provide homeowners with a credit check of renter with renter’s written consent.
• Deposit rent money to local bank accounts for out-of-county home owners.

There are no direct fees to the home owner for CollingwoodResorts.com services. CollingwoodResorts.com is paid only when the property is rented.
